Our Commitment

Edudigital AI, Inc. ("Edudigital") is committed to making the Edudigital Campus platform usable by all students, faculty, and staff, including people with disabilities.

We recognize that the institutions we serve carry their own obligations under Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and comparable requirements. We aim to support our clients in meeting those obligations.

Standard We Work Toward

We design and build toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.

We have not yet completed a formal third-party accessibility audit of the platform. We will publish our conformance status here once that evaluation is complete. Institutions evaluating the platform are welcome to contact us to discuss accessibility in the context of a specific procurement.

Content Created by Institutions

The platform delivers course materials, documents, and media created and uploaded by institutions and their staff. Edudigital does not control the accessibility of that content. Institutions remain responsible for the accessibility of the materials they author and distribute through the platform.

Reporting an Accessibility Barrier

If you encounter a barrier while using Edudigital Campus, please tell us. Where possible, include:

The page or feature where the problem occurred
What happened, and what you expected
Any assistive technology, browser, and operating system you were using
How we can reach you

Our commitment: we will respond within five (5) business days. Where a barrier prevents you from completing an essential task, we will work with your institution to find a workable alternative while we address the underlying issue.

Escalation

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate to legal@edudigital.ai. Institutions may also raise accessibility matters through the support and escalation procedures in their Service Level Agreement.
