GPA & grading engine — GPA is calculated from the authoritative course-grade source, with consolidated grade-rounding and failed/repeat-course logic so transcripts stay consistent with policy.
Deterministic degree-audit engine — degree progress is calculated the same way every time, so advisors and students see a reliable picture of what's left to complete.
Transcript hold enforcement — holds are enforced at the point of transcript generation, and official transcripts render in clean, consistent print formats.
