February 2026 — Billing, Payments & the Business Office

Tuition, payment plans, invoicing, and refunds move onto Edudigital Campus — bringing the business office onto the same student record as admissions and the registrar.

Five months after the academic core, Edudigital Campus extended into the business office — tuition, payment plans, invoicing, and refunds now run against the same student record as admissions and academics, closing the gap between what the registrar knows and what the business office bills.

Tuition, Payments & Invoicing

  • Term tuition engine — tuition is generated from a configurable rate source at the program and term level, with sensible fallbacks so charges are consistent across cohorts.

  • Payment plans & agreements — flexible payment plans with an allocation and payment-agreement workflow, so balances and expectations are clear to students and staff.

  • Student & term invoicing — invoice generation and a student-facing term invoice view reduce back-and-forth with the business office.

Refunds & Reconciliation

  • Refund & credit-balance handling — a refund-calculation engine and credit-balance tracking bring structure to one of the most error-prone areas of school operations.

  • General-ledger bridge — posting bridges billing activity to ledger codes, giving the business office a cleaner path to reconciliation.

  • 1098-T data preparation — year-end 1098-T data is extracted from live billing records instead of reconstructed by hand.
